A new little life...

It was so fun to have an ultrasound last week and "see" the new baby. I think the best part was that EVERYONE got to be there! Victory has really figured out that there is a baby in mommy's tummy and even told her Sunday School helper all about it :) We were able to find out the sex of the baby... we'll have a "full house" in more ways than one! With a new baby girl we'll have three of a kind and a pair :)

Up until Thanksgiving I wasn't sure that I really wanted another girl. I truly would have been more happy with a boy. But then my brother Bill came to visit. His girlfriend Amanda came along with her little girl, Bella. Bella is just about 6 weeks older than Victory. It was so fun to see the completely different dynamic when they were playing. It was then that I got to thinking maybe we did need to have another girl :) It even helps out with the bedroom situation... we can have a "Boy's Room" and a "Girl's Room". Alex will no longer have to complain about having "girl stuff" in his room. LOL

In other news... I've been busy with sewing projects, but need to get busier! I've got several projects to finish up for Christmas. Since I've got less than 2 weeks to go now I guess I'd better get a move on :) Most of the money I got for my birthday I spent on fabrics. It's just too much fun!

I'm looking forward to our 4th re-anniversary (lol), Victory's birthday (I can't believe she'll be THREE!!), and Christmas. We'll have lots going on, but we'll get to spend some quality time with family. Tim and I may even get some time alone for our anniversary, if you can imagine that!

Well, baby girl is kicking away which tells me it's time to get up, move around, and probably get something to eat :)

At some point I'd like to scan an ultrasound pic so I can post it here. Maybe over Christmas sometime.

If I'm not back here before then, have a very merry CHRISTmas!
