Awesome Sling Give-Away!

I'm not, but if you go here you can enter to win an awesome sling.  And, if you go here you can see the great slings in action.  I actually made myself a sling like this and have used it several times with Shi.  I love it because it's easy to use for an infant, and also for a "hip-sitter".

I'll try to get another blog in this weekend.  I don't know if we'll be home, or up in Pillager.  It's Fathers Day (for those who have bad memories -- like me!!) so we'd like to spend some time with our dads.

Oh, and Candace?  I'm not feeling a whole lot better :(  Throwing up, dry-heaves, and just plain nausea are a regular part of my days.  But, I've been able to sleep a lot, and Tim has picked up so much of the slack around here.  I'm sure it's frustrating for him, but he's been awesome.  I love that guy!!

Ohhhh, I'm so sorry you're not feeling better yet! Hooray for wonderful husbands, though!

I don't know what you've tried, probably everything like me, but there IS one remedy that helped me tremendously. It got me off the couch and drastically reduced my throwing up! You take one B6 capsule or tablet along with one HALF of a Unisom two times a day. I usually took them at 7 am and 7 pm. The dosage on the B6 doesn't really matter. I think I took 50-100mg. And on the Unisom, most stores carry a generic brand, just make sure it's the same. The Unisom does make you sleepier for the first few days, but your body adjusts to it eventually. Anyway, you may have already heard of it and tried it, but I thought I'd mention it just in case. I've used it during my last three pregnancies and it made a HUGE difference for me!

Praying you'll feel better soon!

Sorry to hear you're still not feeling well. :( I've never been sick with my pregnancies, so I have no advice to offer. I know, I suck.

I've made several pouch slings for myself and friends and family. They are FABULOUS! I really like the one you linked to. Anything made with Amy Butler fabrics is just beautiful though.
